Supplying your own parts?
I am are happy to fit parts sourced from other stores/online.
However, if you are supplying your own parts for repair or service & these parts are incorrect (causing the work to be delayed) there may be a charge for workshop hours lost (rescheduling of other customers, works, storing the bike whilst waiting for replacement parts, etc).
Need parts guidance for sourcing elsewhere?
My knowledge and experience means I can source the correct and compatible parts for your cycle. If you would rather source your own, but need my guidance, a consult-fee may be due dependant of amount of time needed to talk through your purchase options.
Collections
The workshop is small! - Bikes will need to be collected promptly after the works are completed.
If you know you are going to be unavailable to collect your bike, please advise on booking.
Dirty Bike?
Bikes must arrive at the workshop free of caked on dirt and grease.
If I need to clean the bike to enable me to start working on it, a cleaning fee from £50 will be added.
